Real glitchy
Why when I try too look up a video it always jumps to right after the recording???? So annoying!!!! Also why is the app support not in English. If I needed help there's no way I could find out howsdstang
Camera ok, app is worthless
Only can see the current live image. Rewind to go back in time to see captured video does not work. It also does not record to the SD card. Why buy a camera if the app to run it doesn’t work. I’m going back to Amazon to leave this review so others don’t wasted their money.NMPA
needs new/better app...
i am returning the camera. the app connects to the camera only when it feels like it. very inconsistent. the camera itself is great. also there is no option to have the camera record by itself all day.. you need to have the app open in order to record. please fix both issues. utterly useless for me because of this. i need a camera that records all day by itself, and a good app that reliably connects anytimeShow lessarmsn21
App is horrible
The camera is actually ok. It’s the APP. You cannot silence the alerts no matter what you do. The cloud is only 8 second recordings. The SD card does not record no matter what settings you use. Disappointed for sure. Wouldn’t buy againJP2901
If you delete device by mistake...
The camera and Software are Great idea, you don’t need power unit and 5000 mAh and lithium ion battery is good enough. (Arlo 1500X2 mAh)
They can make better software like sensitive motion areas, 2-3Xzoom
If you delete by mistake the device the software don’t ask “are you sure” it delete the device ride the way, So you need to go get the device if you put all over the top of the building you have to go there he have to scan qr code or need to redet it and connect again.Show lesskylie8888
Constant buzzing!!!
With the notifications off or on my phone just keeps buzzing and buzzing and BUZZING!!!! had to uninstall the appPlastic cheese sniffer

Terrible software and terrible camera. I even took bought two I thought the first one was defective product is crap. It looks good the idea is great but the software is terrible. Glitches in the product is a piece of junk.khaliluyr
Piece of Crap
Don’t get fooled by this device! Will not connect to to my phone or my WiFi. AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT-no one to call for help! Maybe I’ll get an answer to the email they suggested I send sometime next week!jollyjans
