Not all books are accessible

I started using this app again yesterday. It is going OK so far although they’ve removed the Disney story books. Please bring back favorite character story books, and my other suggestion would be to make every book in the reading IQ library have a read to me option. I feel like there are some books in the reading IQ library specially the longer books that should have read to me options because for those of us who are disabled like blind and autistic. Our options are very, very limited.

Children and families can continue explore hundreds of books and reading experiences within ABCmouse and we encourage you to find some new favorite stories. Very needed App, great potential if they get it working

Half the books won’t open and instead freeze up the App. I’ve tried on multiple devices and multiple user accounts with the same frustration. The teacher login has errors too since invitations for students to join won’t go through. I’ve submitted a Customer Support request and am hopeful for a way to fix this. If so it has the potential to be better than the Epic App (which I refuse to support anymore).

Levels

I enjoy using this website for my child's education. But when I put in class or reading levels I get books that are not relevant to my input. I would like to see more books that are in the level I have stated. Getting books that are below what I have applied is not helping my child advance.

On screen reading and paying

This has the best books ever!
You should get this app if you don’t have it already
Reading books (not books app) = 5 IQ. ReadingIQ = 9999999 IQ

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to either pay every month or year and you’re forced to. So a 4 star for this

Will not work on iPad family sharing

I purchased the app with the hopes my son could use the reading app on his iPad and we could share between us to review the material together. I travel a lot and I am away from home would be nice to share between us as travel.

Slow running

Honestly at this point in time I done more with getting it to run and being able to function than I have actually using it. Every time I’ve used it I’ve had to close out a minimum of three times because something won’t load or freezes seems to be a very poor operating system

Fixing the issue

Hello,

My son really loves the app but we can’t open some books because of the errors. After the last update the voice sound doesn’t work when you open the quiz.

Took away favourite titles

I got this app because my son liked the marvel and Disney books but now they are no longer available but I’ve won’t the money. Very disappointing.
