I’ve been a subscriber for many years, I used to love reading David Fehrety. I miss his writing still.
But that’s not why I’m upset with Golf Mag. In recent years, I’ve had to report numerous missing issues, which customer service said they would add to the end of my subscription. I always seemed to receive the issue the following month, if it did happen to arrive at all.
The final straw, in Dec, they auto renewed my subscription for 2023, I received the first three issues, then nothing. I reviewed my account details, and apparently I don’t have one. I’m still receiving the digital version, but not the magazine. I called customer service and they said I didn’t have a subscription and to call my credit card company and report the issue as fraud. When I asked to discuss the matter with a customer service supervisor I was told they were too busy to talk with me. The only fraud is from Golf magazine.
