  • App just spins

    I’m trying to subscribe, have been trying for a week. App just spins and spins.
  • Terrible service.

    I’ve been a subscriber for many years, I used to love reading David Fehrety. I miss his writing still.
    But that’s not why I’m upset with Golf Mag. In recent years, I’ve had to report numerous missing issues, which customer service said they would add to the end of my subscription. I always seemed to receive the issue the following month, if it did happen to arrive at all.
    The final straw, in Dec, they auto renewed my subscription for 2023, I received the first three issues, then nothing. I reviewed my account details, and apparently I don’t have one. I’m still receiving the digital version, but not the magazine. I called customer service and they said I didn’t have a subscription and to call my credit card company and report the issue as fraud. When I asked to discuss the matter with a customer service supervisor I was told they were too busy to talk with me. The only fraud is from Golf magazine.

  • App Will Not Sync Current Issues

    This app will NOT sync latest issue in a timely manner. Unlike Golf Digest, where the printed issue and digital issue release at the same time, in the week or two prior to issue month, the digital issue of Golf doesn’t become available until end of the issue month at best. It’s been like this for a while now, and customer service is not helpful at explaining why.

  • Poor updates

    Lags 2 weeks behind print edition to get newest issue. Thought it would be better especially when you are pre-paying over $30 annually

    Love this on the phone. Easy to navigate and very handy because who can carry a magazine everywhere??😄😄
    I do love the magazine on my table at the house.

  • Very poor performing app

    Pales in comparison to Golf Digest app. Seems to fight my iPad in terms of page orientation. I’ll try it every couple of months or so and end up getting frustrated. How the heck can these smart developers put out such a underwhelming product?
  • Horrible issue management

    Mar 2021 Update: past issues still not restored. Since iOS 14.4 app randomly closes. App repeatedly makes you sign in when attempting to use.

    Past issues is a deal breaker. Customer service emails back stating not their fault, it’s Golf Magazine’s fault because they only allowed the app company access to a few issues. Doesn’t matter who’s fault it is, it’s broken...period.

    Will not renew. Why should a customer stick with a product that takes away what they already paid for?

  • Much better than the old version

    Now you can see articles easily when reading on a phone. All of the back issues aren’t in the app yet but I understand that it will take some time for those to be added. I will be patient because this experience is so much of an improvement. Thank you for enhancing this app.
