Bad digital experience
Ever since digital updates continuing problems, unable to download new issues, poor navigation, difficult to use. All kinds of useless options on side bar but nothing readers can use. Was a good app and still a good magazine but totally messed up digital experience.
Can’t login
Cannot access digital copies on IPad. Emailed support no help. Very frustrating!!
Does not update!!
Why does the newest issue not show up in the app when it’s released? The new issue has been out for 3 weeks, yet it is t in the app! I just paid for a year subscription and it’s not updating!

Because this app stinks and your customer service is non-existent is my guess.

From bad to worse
Golf Mag somehow figured out how to make a terrible app experience even worse. Mind boggling. Do you guys (Golf Mag) realise you actually need programmers to do upgrades.
Don’t spend money on this magazine app.... there are several other better ways to read about Golf.

Each upgrade makes the experience worse
Each upgrade makes experience worse. A few iterations ago, the digital magazine worked with zero issues. It was simply a PDF within the app. Not sure why you can’t simply do that.
The more interactive you make the digital magazine, the more useless this is. I just want to read my magazine on my iPad. I don’t care about the other interactive features.

Terrible
Can’t access the latest subscription. I purchased thru itunes. iTunes won’t help. They sent me to Golf Magazine. The app support people responded with the fantastic advice to “quite” the app and restart it. Really! Never thought of that. Never heard back from them. Their support probably moonlights as the fake IRS. A complete joke.

Didn’t think it could get worse!
I’ve had trouble with Golf’s app for the past year. The past year the app has been terrible. I saw they updated and it’s going to be better🤣. Now it just doesn’t work. I like to have the magazine on my iPad when traveling so I’m not carrying around magazines in print form. I was hopeful but ended wasting time. I even called Golf Magazine in hopes I was doing something wrong. Now I won’t be reading Golf on this trip and I’m totally frustrated as they keep making excuses for the poor digital service.

App Does not Work
Every time I open the app I get a message that says verifying subscription & purchases. After several minutes it loads the issues. When I tap on the download icon for an issue all I get is a revolving circle that runs continuously until I power off my iPad. This App should be repaired ASAP. If not then Apple should remove it from the App Store. Right now I give this app a zero rating - totally useless

App doesn’t work and technical support doesn’t respond
I am a digital only subscriber. The app no longer works on my iPad. Technical support which can only be reached by email initially responded with a couple questions about device and version... and then nothing. I sent a follow up email to ask when I could expect it to be fixed or get more support. Nothing again. Do not buy a digital subscription!!!
