I bought the Titan cold wallet when it first came out years ago. I have been with Ellipal from the beginning. Extremely reliable. Keep your seed phrase safe and you will never have an issue. That goes for any wallets, but for me Ellipal is the best.ianapokalypse
Can’t reset password
I am trying to move tokens from ELLIPAL to exchanges but it says my original password is incorrect. Either there is an error on their part or I forgot my password. Either way I need to reset my password and there is no way to do so. Horrible interfaceDuder777777777

ELLIPAL is a decentralized wallet and does not support the password recovery function. If you forget the password, you can re-import the mnemonic phrase and reset a password.
