Worst app I’ve seen to date
The functionality on this app is useless. It takes forever to search for an item and when a list finally displays the results are 1) irrelevant and 2) unable to click in to see the details. Such a piece of junk that it makes me worry about buying from this merchant. The search function on the website is not much better. A search for a foldable desk provides you with an indoor / outdoor chicken coop. Makes for a good laugh but also causes concerns regarding buying from an online company who has such a poorly done app and website.

Sweepstakes Farce
I was instructed to download the app for a “cashback sweepstakes” spin. The wheel appeared for less than a second before I was directed to their shopping website. I didn’t even get a chance to spin the wheel. What a scam!
App is trash
This app is trash. I ordered furniture from Wayfair and received a request to download the app to spin the wheel and win cash. They make it sound so easy - “just type in your order number and spin”. In reality, you have to make an account then sign in and then fill out the form to “spin” the wheel. I type in my order number and continue to get a server error. Deleting my account and deleting this app! Waste of time, don’t do it.

Won’t let me spin
So I downloaded the app to spin to see if I win the $2k. I put in my order number to be eligible and clicked the “18 and over” button and pressed to spin and nothing happened other than the spin button turning gray and it not allowing me to spin again.
Why do I get the feeling this is a bait and switch attempt by the company?

Don't understand why all the bad reviews
I have made several purchases from Costway now and I find there products to be well made and the one issue that I had to have the need to contact customer service I found them to be very kind and beyond helpful. So to the people leaving them bad reviews maybe you should consider the way in which you approach people when you are requesting their help. Because I had a great experience! But then again I am a people person and I have common courtesy and common sense so there’s that

Hoax...
I bought a treadmill and it came with a thing saying if I downloaded the app and entered my info, I could spin to win $5 to $2k. But then, I also had to make an account with them, and when I jumped through all the hoops, it just said that my chance to spin was already used. Liars....
Fraudulent
I am currently fighting with this company to stop pending payments on an order that somehow made it through to my card 6 times. Yet, I’m being directed to make a payment from Costway to avoid my order being cancelled. Do not use this app or their site.
