Can’t log on
Was asked by my workplace to start using this app to complete various audits while on the job. This involves using a mobile device and while we can use the website. Using the app would be much easier and faster for us. The problem is when I try to log on to the app it asks for a ‘memorable answer’ which I don’t have because my account was set up with a pin and not a memorable question. I’m sure if the app is updated to the new log on methods I will be able to update my review. At present, the app is useless.
