Thank you for your feedback, and sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the resident app. We've looked into the Chats feature and no issues were detected. However, it's worth nothing that to see All Chats again (same as initial Chats load), you need to unselect the specific group. Hopefully that helps. If there's indeed issues loading all Chats, we'd recommend you uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you're on the latest app version, and hopefully that will fix the issue for you.
