We are pleased to share that we will be reintroducing the SMC Health Link App for Apple Watches. This release contains the following enhancements: receive notifications, read and respond to messages and view active threads in the inbox. When a user is on a SMC Health Link message they will now be able to see the title of the user’s they’re corresponding with. Additionally, users are now able to view a patient’s primary location in the patient details page if one has been set.

Logging In • If the app has been closed, users can now decide how long is required before they need to re-enter their PIN using a custom time • For shared device users, there is now the option to skip entering PIN, username, and email - Please reach out to your customer success team if you would like to enable this feature Return to Message from Call • Users are now able to view their Telmediq messages during a call Quick Response More useful Quick Responses have been added • Ok. This release introduces a suite of Patient and Family Communication Features (Perfectserve PFC). Users will not see these features unless their organization purchases and implements the PFC module in Telmediq. This module allows for automatic messaging, such as appointment reminders, as well as user-to-patient and user-to-family secure conversations, notification templates, and video calls. Other updates include: Login email bug – fixed a bug where, with some settings, the email field at login would be pushed off the edge of the screen.
