Head over to the "Appointments" screen to explore the classes you're eligible for and schedule them at your convenience. * Flexible Appointment Management: We're giving you more control over your schedule. Cancel or reschedule your appointments with just a few taps – no need to contact your provider or Member Support, even if it's within 48 hours of your scheduled time. * Optimized Notifications: To ensure you're not overwhelmed with reminders and can concentrate on what really matters, we've turned off default reminder push notifications. Prefer a nudge to build healthy habits? You can easily toggle reminders back on in settings (Progress > Manage Profile).
