Worst app

Worst app I got fired because case manager can’t do things right and also because of this am it’s says I was clocked In and I wasn’t this app got me fired now there investigator are gonna investigate me and my a case against I don’t know what to do and there
with helding my check in till further notice

App needs major work

When checking off ADL’s if you tap no and choose anything from the drop box you can’t change it. You have to cancel everything and start over. I wear glasses and can hardly see the ADL checklist nor the boxes. I also don’t think it’s necessary to have to type in what you did when you tap yes , only if you tap no and even if no you only have two choices which 90% of the time don’t apply to my client.
The map only shows you the location but no driving directions. App also says not in radius when I’m actually standing next to their bed.
This App needs a major overhaul by people in the medical field to get it right.

This app it’s garbage. The company doesn’t informed you when there’s a issues with the app; and when you go and used the app the app start giving problems and you called the company to inform about the issues then they will said “ well we started having issues last night all you have to do is to uninstall the app and install it back” seriously, and the huge problem is when the app doesn’t show no issues and coming your payday you see that you are missing 8 hrs of pay and you have no idea what’s going on. And the company wouldn’t pay you your hours worked and make you wait for the next paycheck day; this app it’s was supposed to make things easier for everybody not worse. And it’s ilegal to hold hrs worked to a employee just because the company feels to do so.

Lacking Intuitive User Friendly Appeal

While not working properly is key concern; the app lacks user friendly intuitive appeal.
Used GT Independence App at another agency and it was incredibly reliable. EVV can be achieved when app is working. We need to spend more time with client than fiddling with app so frustrating for a care provider. Does App work with 5G if client has no WiFi nor LandLine?

Face ID

This app doesn’t have a provision to login using Face ID. There is a Face ID button at the login page but it doesn’t fulfill its purpose.

Fail

The task sheets haven’t been available for over a month. Notified my employer and the advice I got was to call in instead, so what’s the point of the app? It doesn’t save time, records my every move and doesn’t allow for notes to be left between caregivers. Caregivers have been tagged as out of area while sitting in clients home. Client says he feels like he’s being stalked via the caregivers app. No anonymity on client movements, while with caregiver. Office calls client often because the app only allows for specific clock in and out times, so if client changes the time he wants us there because he needs sleep the caregiver office will call and wake him.

Overall this app being instituted has brought the client unwanted surveillance and loss of privacy.

Could be better

Things I like: Don’t have to call in or submit the paperwork. The update with a pop-up saying I’m not connected to the internet.
Things I don’t like: The client I logged in this morning disappeared, so I have no way of checking the tasks off, collecting signatures (mine & client’s), or logging out. The teeny-tiny boxes in the task window are next to impossible to check. It always takes several tries to check each box. It would be helpful if a future update allowed us to expand that window for easier checking.
I would’ve given this app a ZERO for the first 2-3 months, so 2 stars is a definite improvement.

Poor

My client doesn’t have service or WIFI so this app is useless. I always get logged out of the app completely and it doesn’t let me in, I have to completely restart setting up the app.
