Thank you for using AxisCare! We update our app regularly with new features, performance enhancements, and reliability improvements. Office staff can now send out open visits from the app and see recommended caregivers when assigning a caregiver to a visit.

Not Showing Recent and Upcoming Visits

Since the last update the app is no longer showing me recent and upcoming visits; I have to go to the calendar now to clock in. This isn’t a huge issue for me since I have a regular schedule that I’ve memorized but I imagine this could cause issues for caregivers that do not have regular schedules, and I’d hate to think someone would end up not receiving care because the app didn’t display the visit.
