Terrible app that never works
Well this is the app the company I work for chose to use for communication between management and employees. That being said I have never in my life had such a poor experience in using an app. 9/10 times I can not access the app as it will just have a spinning circle of death for eons and then pop-up an error message that the app is either not working and having a server error or it can't connect to the internet (not an issue with any of the other apps on my phone). I've tried troubleshooting the app to no avail.
I also have had many times where there will be a message sent by management on the app at like 4:30pm on a Wednesday and it doesn't show up on the app till Thursday or Friday.

TERRIBLE won’t let me access my wallet. I have called the customer service number over 20+ times they say they will call back never do . They said wait 24 to 48hoirs and it will be fixed and it never is. They constantly lie to your face and get nothing fixed no matter how much you contact them. Really should be shut down if you guys can’t help people with this app . I have been dealing with my issue for 3 weeks now and nothing has changed I even tried to call corporate and there number goes straight to voicemail. This app is a complete joke and the ppl are rude when you are trying to get them to understand the issue that you are dealing withShow lessDeveloper Response

When we first had to down load this app it had the option to see who we were working with on the days we were working and now it’s gone and there’s not even a place to be able to see a schedule for our whole department to plan out our pto’s or see who is going to be off so we can figure out if one of us needs to go help some one on another hall.Show lessDeveloper Response
We apologize for any frustrations you have had around not being able to see the schedule and who's working in your department. This is a customer/community level control so I would talk with your administrators in charge of OnShift as they would be the ones in control of that setting to determine if they would want the team members to see the full schedule.
