Add recruiting to the actual app, not just a short cut to website
It’s like it’s soooo close to being very dialed in. I’ve used Paycom before and Paycor has so much potential. I was just saving the recruiting website to my Home Screen to find applicants. Our company worked and worked to get the recruiting to be accessible through the app. I was excited thinking the layout was going to be simpler and more modern/put together. Once it finally was working, all my waiting and excitement was shot down when i found out clicking the recruiting in the app is just a shortcut to the same website I had already saved 💔. Apps and websites should share some information but I don’t want to use the website if I have the app.
