UPDATE: I’d not understood that the supplier is separate from the app owner. Looks like the supplier lost the order but foxed around with “Awaiting Collection”.
Further update: can’t log in. No rejection of credentials just “login” button unresponsive . Restarted phone, updated software, deleted, reinstalled, no difference, contacted phone number, they said developer would call, no call, went to developer site but just a landing page no way to contact them.Placing orders through webpage, but the premium dry cleaning prices not justified when forgoing the original convenience.
