Payment settings
First, it does not accept credit card or other debit card or other way of paying the rent. I wanted to use my EML card from my salary sacrifice too but to no avail because this app only accepts BSB and bank account number.
With new trends now of how to pay online, this is just unacceptable.
Also, there is NO option to cancel a payment made. For instance, I made a mistake putting a wrong BSB or account number. The app ONLY option is to wait until it is declined.
However, that process has been 3 days. Then I have to wait another 2 days minimum to verify the correct information AGAIN!
It’s just too much of WAITING!
There’s a lot of improvement needed.
