Hi Azimuthal, thanks for the feedback. That sounds like a really frustrating experience. While I know it's the standard response from everyone in IT, sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app can help resolve issues like that. We constantly monitor the number of errors and crashes in the app and include fixes in every release, so making sure you're on the latest version is another thing to double check.
