Well I’ve had a few issues with the app I don’t know really if it’s me or if it’s the app but A big difference is that I’ve been able to deal with a human being not just an FAQ and the people that I’ve dealt with or person I’m not sure how many have a great attitude and are extremely efficient very polite and have resolved everyone of my issues and in very timely fashion I am extremely pleased and it is very refreshing to be able to deal with a human being other apps are horrible for that everything is go to the FAQ go to the FAQ and that doesn’t resolve anythingDefinitely their customer service is AAA

They won’t pay you.
It has been 2 weeks and 1 day since I completed a job and I still have not been paid. I keep getting told “there was a glitch, this never happens, your issue has been escalated, & I’m waiting for my team to respond.” Can not get a human, much less a supervisor on the phone. Work for them at your own risk, or to fill community service hours bc you won’t get paid.

Good app
I've been on with these guys for 3 weeks. I've done 11 jobs so far. The pay comes every time (although I wish it was instant. It usually takes 2 days)
Cleaning is good!
This app has tons of cleaning work, at least in LA it does! I have work since last summer on and off. It's good and have recommended to my sister.
Pretty easy to make money
I get job alerts all day long! I take whatever jobs come up that are close to me. I mainly do handyman work
More than the stimulus cheque!
I already work two jobs and was in need for a thirds one. Diem not only made it possible for me supplement my income, but give me the freedom to pick and choose when I would like to work. Now I earn an extra $500 a week and still spend time with my kids. Thank you Diem!
Finally a fair app
I am not new to these kind of apps. I have been on Taskrabbit and Handy and others. Firstly, they don't force you to pay a fee to get jobs. There aren't any 'fake' jobs on it. The pay is at least $5-$15 higher per hour than the others and most importantly their support team is very helpful.
Variety
They offer different types of work so it never gets boring. Just remember to show up and do a good job and everything else is simple.
