Me N Ed’s is Unique but their digital Imprint is lacking
No social media activity that I have ever seen, and there are over 22 locations in Fresno,CA alone. I have and will always support this pizzeria they have amazing pizza and have been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. However their app has no Fresno locations on their maps that I can select from. Not even for general information or flyers. Their website and app must update and pour more investment into themselves. Advertising needs attention as well. As a chain company so vastly spread in Central Valley needs to pay more attention to all digital aspects and bee a good company for the community they are apart of. Good luck Milano Foods.

Ed’s Dough not working

The Ed’s Dough issue appears to have been resolved. Thank you! Now there’s still the issue of the “store offline” bug. At least with the workaround, the app is pretty much functioning well. Also, please consider adding Apple Pay or PayPal.

Whenever I go to redeem Ed’s Dough, it says “applied” but does not apply. And every now and then it will say “store offline”. You have to delete and reinstall the app for some reason.

Location function is broken
I live in Sanger and in the middle of both restaurants. When I attempt to order it says “Delivery address is not valid store.” I’ve ordered from the same two store for decades and the app isn’t smart enough to realize I live in delivery zone of either store. App also is very clunky. No idea if it’s something that can be fixed. Round Table app works with no issue.

This company makes it impossible to earn points
What is the point of having this app. I have tried twice to use this app & have been told twice that I could not scan & use to receive points, calls only. Extremely disappointing. Will find another pizza location that actually is legit about making sure the customer gets their points for their purchases.

FINALLY 1/2 and 1/2 OPTIONS!
I could have been saving so much time! I always try to place order online but they don’t let you do half and half options or buy large ranch. So sometimes I wait on hold anywhere from 5 to even 30 min once. Just to save a buck and get everyone in the family what they want on one pizza. They USED to have it on the website but took it away a few years ago. While on hold the recording told me to check out the app and I thought I’d see if they have both options. And they do! Saved me hours of my life! I placed my entire order and paid while on hold. LOL

This app needs a pay later option, or an Apple Pay option. Also, the receipt has NO INFORMATION. It doesn’t tell you what you ordered at all.

Pizza excellent! Ordering app horrible.
The pizza is excellent. This app for ordering the pizza is horrible. I have tried multiple time to create an account and it never lets me continue. It doesn’t tell you when your pizza will be ready and when you submit your order you question if the order went through. With technology as advanced as it is today, the quality of app is so surprisingly disappointing.

App needs work
Won’t allow me to sign up as I do not receive any emails from it to verify my account?!? Nor do I receive confirmation emails that my order has been sent in. This review has nothing to do with the pizza which has always been great for me
Do not get this app
This app was not easy to navigate and when I finally finished my order and clicked on next for checkout it popped up to call the store. So called and put in my order -easy peasy. So no more of that app for me. I’ll just do what I’ve always done and call in my order.
Nothing to like about this app.
I gave up after 5 minutes and just called the restaurant. The app is slow and very glitchy. Some pages render zoomed in so you can’t see the add button. You can’t edit qty. at checkout which means you have to delete the item and go back and add it. It made me add my address at the beginning and at checkout. This was the last straw since it tried to predict my address as I typed but only displayed partial view of many predictions. When I called the restaurant, I mentioned the horrible app and the employee acknowledged the app’s shortcomings.
