App needs work.
Hi,
I would like to give you some feedback on your online ordering. It’s really difficult to order pizza on your app and website. When I order on your website, I get a message saying we can’t deliver to your address. I get the same message with the app but all I have to do is keep trying and eventually it goes though. Most of the time I give up and always go somewhere else. I’m sure this is the same for others. Please invest a little more into the app. It will make your customers happy and make you more money.

Easy to use app
The app is very user friendly. Connects to the store and gives real time for preparation. I enjoy it and recommend it.
Won’t read cards that the the website will
We’ve been ordering through the website for a long time now, but decided to try the app. On two different attempts with the app, it won’t accept two different cards—but we can use these same cards to order through the website without issue. The app claims that the payment info is wrong however we then fall back to ordering on the website which doesn’t spit out the payment info error. So it’s not the cards, it must be the payment system. I don’t know if this is some bizarre fluke only affecting us but it’s frustrating.
If this was resolved it would be a 5 star app! But it is effectively useless for me now.

Way better than being on hold
Definitely like the app for getting your order placed without the long hold times. Haven’t had any issues so far
Pay with Cash option
Love the app, I use it whenever possible. Tonight, I would’ve added a 2-liter of Pepsi as well as ranch/jalapeños that I had forgotten when ordering, but since I paid on the app and ranch was $0.92 when I picked it up(seriously?! It’s a condiment!) I passed on all the extras. I had even looked for an option to pay at pick up to make the order quicker and easier. It will affect future orders, knowing this is a limitation.

Frequently Frustrating
The App was very difficult to use. It frequently had to “reconnect” to my selected store. It would “forget” anything I had placed into the cart after a certain period of time. Ultimately, when I wanted to checkout on the app, it wouldn’t allow me to go further and enter credit card information. The app the way it is currently is useless.

Easy app
This app is so much easier than the online ordering they have. They always get my pizza right now. Satisfied customer here.
