Simple and Engaging

As an Arthurian Legend enjoyer, I approve the use of Arthurian Knights in learning Japanese.

This is great for review

I was going through the Japanese learning apps and downloading a few that caught my eye when I came across this cute little app. I started playing and I will say, it's absolutely worth it. I HIGHLY suggest getting another app to teach you the basics mainly because it doesn't do a lesson or any other kind of study method and you only see the key to what everything means once before you start playing, but if you have any other app and want to review, this is certainly something I suggest.

Great for Quick Muscle Memory

Being timed is a great way to make you think quickly so that looking at the letters and translating it in your head becomes automatic and get to the goal of knowing and not needing to translate.
This app so far has been a good way to solidify what I’ve learned.

Very clever and fun learning

Game is fun to learn on the music is good and the art style is amazing like final fantasy love it and will use often

Ok game for learning

I play this for 10 minutes but I see that sometimes there is Korean and not japanese in some parts such as when you buy characters It just looks like the developer just copied Korean dungeon and didn’t bother to change all the Korean to Japanese
But seems like that’s the only issue

Potential

This game shows potential however to unlock levels you need rubies (50) and you don't earn that much from completing the first level and don't gain more from replaying. You can get rubies from watching ads, which is overkill and the ads are boring and long. Can't recommend for now.

Wow

Absolutely love it much more fun than expecting definitely download

Very beginner

Don’t expect anything too advanced here. This is only really for the freshest beginner.

Little bit messed up on newer iPhones too. No padding at the top of the screen so the gold/health/names get obscured by the top bar.

Can never see how much gold I have

The amount of gold you have is cut off by the notch if you have a phone with a notch in the middle. You’ll never know how much gold you have. Using an iPhone 11 to play this and the notch covers the gold amount.

Wow.. more fun then I was expecting!

I’m imagining a time where I can do combos or cast spells! This is more fun and interesting then I thought, very retro and an amazing idea. Music is epic and it is very well designed. An amazing idea and concept executed well. At the moment I’m only on the easy hiragana stage and wondering if the difficulty ramps up? It’s a nice touch that the faster you are the stronger your attack so that at least speeds up the game play. It’s a game that’s given me ideas and I like that.
