Tratamiento terrible a los clientes
Terminé un viaje por la manera recomendada pero una semana después veo que me han cobrado un viaje de 24 horas - más que 70eu. No es mi culpa que ha pasado algo mal con la conexión del app. Es o un robo intencional o una política muy mal hecho. Mejor usar Yego o Cooltra.
Non existent customer support
Anything that involves a human to act is a lost cause.
I uploaded photos of my driving license. 24 hours later, nothing. Sent a message within the app, no response ever. 3 days later my driving license is still unapproved and I received an automated email about the customer service experience related to my enquiry lol
Two stars because of the affordable daily unlimited hire option (that I can’t use). Otherwise it is a joke of a company.

zero support
impossible to get through to support so they leave you high and dry- pointless just use YEGO or SEAT bikes or better buy a bike and forget these leeches
Unusable
Validation process service level not respected. The app says up to 24 hours but past beyond that time nothing has changed. Support has not replied to requests. Please avoid.
Terrible vehicles and customer service
Among all the sharing up I use, it’s the worst. The vehicles are so heavy that is quite difficult to drive. They often break down. Once you finish your ride, they steel you time asking to connect the helmets even if they are properly stored. My last bad experience with them was last week, I drove for a few meters and entered the no parking zone when the bike broke down. I couldn’t start it again. I called the customer service and waited for 15 minutes before somebody answered. Once I finally spoke to an operator he told me I had to push the motorbike out of the no parking zone. I asked for help cause, as I said, they are crazy heavy.
At the end the finished my ride and charged me for €5.56.
I’m still waiting for a refund after more than a week.

Pésimo servicio al cliente
Funcionan pero en cuanto tengas un problema, te cobran lo que quieran (mucho cuidado con el contrato, es muy abusivo) y ya no te contestan a los emails. Muy decepcionado.

Siempre se cala
Me encanta la app y la moto la utilizo como mi método de transporte diario pero desde las ultimas actualizaciones no deja de calarse. especialmente cuando me pone que los cascos no están atados, le indico que si y luego se sale de la app sin poder sacar la foto ni cerrar la moto.
App is broken
Password reset is hopelessly broken. Get stuck in a loop and waste 3 or 4 hours trying to work around it. It takes too long to verify your documents. It over promises and under delivers at every click. They will take your data and give you nothing in return.
