Excellent company, horrendous website/app development
The app lags and takes awhile to get to things because of this. 100% of the time when I add something to the cart the app crashes and I have to navigate back to the screen I was at. Takes about a minute. You’d think it’s no big deal but when you’re adding 7-8 things for your bug out bag it’s just not worth it.Show lessNever Again.
Signed up for the second from the top tier subscription box the “Pro subscription” and also purchased a mystery box. Lesser items from previous tiers were cheap and overpriced on paper to add value to the box. Spent over $150 to have the number 1 item from the pro box not be shipped.
Customer service responded back within 24 hours. They said they would resolve the issue and send missing piece. I appreciated that and upgraded to the “Pro Plus Subscription”. After upgrading I received an email telling me they would subsequently not resolve the issue and the only resolution for me was to “Skip a month “. No thank you. I’ll just cancel and buy quality gear, appropriately priced elsewhere.Show lessTerrible customer service.
No number to call, I’ve gotten one email back about my wrong shipping address that told me to respond in 5 business days. I’ve seen about 6 messages asking for an update and nothing.
