Frustrating
Since this company sells a product in a big box store and it requires a application to preform then you’d think constantly providing application updates would be a must to keep up with today’s technology. I purchased the BoneView SD card reader for apple and it’s junk. This application hasn’t even had a update provided in a year. Pretty much just a waste of money.Jeffrey francis
Do not buy
The app has all sorts of bugs, so much so that I am only able to have card info uploaded to the app about every 1 out of every 8 times I try. And when it does load, the app freezes anytime I tap something.PoePoe06

Freezes all the time when trying to view my SD card! Do not buy I’ve had several brands of readers and decided to try this one and it was a mistake!B.E.7
Pretty awful
The orange bone view card reader worked great one time. Never worked after that. Won’t connect to my phone and when it does it kills the app before I can see the pictures. Wouldn’t recommend."Weatherman"
Can’t stay connected.
I’ve checked and double checked to make sure I have the right app and I do. But you plug it in in the pictures come up and then it goes off-line. You have to unplug it and plug it back in. You have to keep on constantly doing this. I would not recommend it.deerbob

It keeps going device offline with the connection to the phone

Great concept but the app is terrible! It never loads my pictures. It crashes and shuts down constantly. It just never works…bv crash

Can never get mine to pull up the Ed card on my iPhone… it either says “not connected or offline” or it just doesn’t load the pictures…. Never works as it should and I suggest spending your money elsewherebobby61416
