Unnavigable and frustrating
This app needs all the work. I like the desktop version just fine so far, but this mobile app is about the work I’ve seen. I haven’t been able to make any setting changes. The app can’t decide if you should read it landscape or portrait- even though there is a pop up that says the site was created to be landscape.Show lessShayrhondo
Please fix it
I’ve been a customer for years and I LOVE Pic-Time but I LOATHE the app. Please, please, please update and enhance it.
My app with work for awhile then when I click on it moments later it freezes at a blank white screen. I’m constantly having to either restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to function.

Better to go to website than use app
Yep the reviews are right - the app is horrible. Pointless and useless for the photographer who needs to do things on the backend of the galleries. Easier to just use safari and go to website. App crashes/Doesn’t load
Sad to see a lot of complaints from over a year ago and here we are still having trouble with the app I love pictime too I just wish they would realize how helpful and convient their app could potentially bedarkaustin300
Glitches and does not work
Unfortunately most the time only 1-2 albums will show up. Most gallery platforms have great apps. I’d love for pic time to work on this. I think I’m this tech era it would be wise as a business to smooth the app out more.lisaaamot
App constantly having issues
Can’t ever get into the app to download my photos. Always a blank screenshaykkw
Not Functional
It’s a pain in the butt to download photos. You have to do it 1 at a time instead of clicking multiple or the whole gallery. It’s hard to go back from one gallery to get to all of them. You have to close out of the app first. Just to a name a few of the issues.KatieGonz
Convenient but….
I want to love the app based on convenience since so many of my clients utilize their iPhones but there’s a lot to be desired. No way to send gallery links easily. Can’t search galleries. App constantly crashes and is not dependable. I hope the tech team takes these reviews into account and gives us photographers a better system.Show lessKelnapoleon
Great when it works, annoying because it doesn’t work often
This app could be so much better. The mobile component of Pic-Time’s website proves that. If they would fix all the bugs and make the app more powerful, I would happily amend this review. But for the time being, a 2 star review is somewhat generous.jtwhitehorn1
This app is desperate for an update
Reasons why this app needs an update:
-Selecting images is delayed.
-Unable to edit the album name.
-Crashes when you press on the menu bar.
-Unable to change privacy settings.
-Downloading either takes forever or just doesn’t download.
-Can’t copy the album link in order to share unless it’s email, Facebook, or What’s App.
-Takes forever to load the images while scrolling through the gallery.
-Crashes a lot and can’t use the app unless you quit it.Show lessyerrr was taken
