Your App And Mobile Website Are So Broken It’s Not Funny
It’s 2021, why is your app and website so horribly bad? Pages don’t size correctly on iPhone (XR) and iPad Pro (2018). I can’t navigate easily and should I try to go into settings such as pricing, I can’t move the page to see print sizes and prices. Get with the times guys, I love Pic-Time but this is infuriating.Show lessxdays3
Doesn’t work
This is my favorite gallery website and I wanted an easy way to download my photos on my phone. It shows me all my galleries, but won’t allow me to download them. I am super bummed and wished it worked!JadeBH1
Disappointed
Okay Pic Time, please update this to be optimized for mobile. The only reason why I still have the app is so that I can get links to the galleries, but other than that not much else. I get that maybe the phone screen is too small for you guys to work with which is still kinda doable but at least update for the iPad. PleaseShow lessWhy Ads!!!
Needs a full update
Pic-Time is easily the most important tool to run my business. The website is so easy to use and exactly what I need. The app however, is struggling a bit. All I see are example galleries and the overall navigation is very poor. I’m sure you guys are working hard on this and are aware of some of the bugs so I’ll be waiting until you update it. Terrible photographer interface
Photographers, don’t waste your time downloading this app. I was hoping for a way to view orders, gallery analytics etc on the go, but this app is absolute garbage. It is basically just the web interface with little mobile optimization. You’re better off just going to the web.kkathrynp
LOVE PicTime, HATE the app
PicTime itself is AMAZING and I am a big fan. However, the app crashes every single time I use it. It’s always just a matter of when/howling before it sill crash.
The app also doesn’t always download pictures after you wait forever for it to download and then think it has. Only to see NOPE all the work you have been downloading the past 30 mins. Is no where to be found.
This app could be really awesome for on the go, quick downloading/picture sharing, but there’s no way I can depend on it at this point. I would love to be able to hop on download a few pictures and be done, or hope on and show my clients their galleries quickly, or flip through them myself with out knowing it will inevitably crash. Search Bar
App needs to be fully adeptes for mobile. It seems to be a watered down of the website. Can we please get more functionality such as a search bar to easily find galleries, enable copying link when sharing instead of only sharing through outher apps, etc. Also navigation within the app. Seem like when I get into a certain module it's hard to go back unless I close and reopen the app.Show lessIG: @lloyd_mack
Not good for mobile
The pc site is great but mobile I don’t see any of the features that the pc version has. It says to upload photos I need to use the pc. What is the point of the app then?jcposeidon
Needs an update
I was using the phone app for about a month and it was really nice to be able to view my galleries and download them from the app. Now when I open it the only thing I see is sample galleries. It’s completely useless now. Not sure if it needs a glitch update or what but something needs to change.CalPalHill
Not very useful
Recently switched from Android to ios and this app isn't good on either platforms. There is no way for client communication and sending gallery's to clients using email templates created on the desktop platform. On Android I could login the the desktop platform and use email templates but on the iPhone it doesn't seem to work so I am left having to get back home just to update a galleries client info or send a gallery with access codes or templates.Show lessThisappdoeantsuck
