Won’t load

I can’t even get the login screen to load.

Horrible

I’ve been using recon pro for 2 years now and I feel like it just keeps getting worse and worse. Vin scanner is a joke. Sometimes I can’t log in. Sometimes, like right now, I can’t update that app like it told me to when I went to login only to see in the App Store there is no update. Then I tried to login since there was no update and the screen is just white. Invoices not being sent over after I send them which puts a delay on getting paid. This has happened so many times, it’s ridiculous. Absolutely horrible.

New version in not user friendly

Don’t like it. I prefer the older version

Worst Estimating software I have ever used

This program is a complete nightmare. Bugs everywhere. Don’t waste your money.

Large improvements

The app has had large improvements in recent weeks and I love using it. It makes my day so much easier!

Best in Class Auto Dealership / Vendor Invoicing App

We’ve been using ReconPro now for 3 months, and it has had a major impact on our business. Nick and his team have been extremely helpful in customizing it to our needs. Service has been 5 star! App gets worse after each update

Some of these updates are removing features that were perfect to begin with. I remember when I use to be able to select multiple people to send an invoice to at once. Now I have to add a person, press the + icon and select another person and so on until I have selected everyone needed to, and finally press send. Also, recent update has changed the look of some things. They have removed some information that was relevant such as the stock number when expanding the sent invoice to customer. Now it only displays the car’s make and model and its color. Please update the app to make it better, and not worse..

Great app

Excellent customer service. Saves a huge amount of time compared to other processes I’ve used. And the reporting and flexibility is second to none.

Recon for dents.

It is not user friendly compared to other estimating apps. It often glitches and kicks me out. I was told this was likely due to my iPhone so I got the google pixel 6 pro. It’s far worse on android so I then got a new iPad Pro. Same issues. It was suggested that I get the apple pen to make it easier but I can’t use the pen because the app kicks me out every time I touch it with said pen. If another tech has written an estimate I often can’t see their matrix and have to start from scratch. Many parts are missing on the parts list and it’s the same on the R&I page. I originally used this app in 2013 and discontinued for these same reasons. I wouldn’t currently use this app unless if it wasn’t required by the company I am servicing.

Poor App

If single is poor, it locks up the app. Vin scanner is horrible. Invoice view on phone is great with a magnifying glass. Answers for problems takes an act of god. Reset app on a weekly basis to keep it working. Layout on the app is decent but not very efficient. Vin entry does not allow to correct one.

Alternatives to ReconPro
