Update does not track at all
Since the update not a single trip has been recorded I have to manually add every single that I have taken. I have enough to do everyday that sit here and put every trip in the app. I hope we switch to something else. Car data gets worse with every update.Fwl3586
Wrong mileage
Cuts corners when tracking drives. Finds the shortest distance between 2 points. Compared app with google and vehicle actual miles and always a difference amount. Sometimes as much 10 to 15 miles less. Horrible app. Difficult to Navigate on app and computer.spearing79

Doesn’t track majority of trips during scheduled time. When it does track, it’s not accurate, constantly showing incorrect addresses. Constantly have to go back and add missed trips (when the app even allows you to do so). This app is costing many employees a lot of money. Do not recommend.Jufbrubgb
New update isn’t an improvement.
Previously the app tracked my miles. New update and it doesn’t track them anymore. I have to manually enter them. Hope my company changes providers. Having to manage mileage on a daily basis is getting tiring. What happened to set it and forget it?????Game1999

Update is terrible
This update is absolutely terrible. The app was half way functional before. Now it’s a complete dumpster fire. Bring back toggle switch for starting and ending trips. Your tracking system is trash. Half the stops are not tracked , the other half are tracked incorrectly.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Our company previously used Motus which wasn’t great but 10 times better than Cardata. I never know if it’s actually recording mileage. Even though I’ve set a schedule, at times it misses trips or will record in the evening and weekends when it’s not scheduled. Don’t walk, run from this app. The pain and headache caused are not worth it. If it wasn’t required by my employer, I’d be gone! Total garbage!!!!Show lessTcbcr
