New version not an improvement
Tracks less trips automatically then previous version, help menu interface and pictures does not match layout of actual interface, example tried to add missed trip and all the sudden add trip is missing from my trips page, new app does allow sorting trips between business or personal or unclassified like older version which was helpful and you can no longer click unclassified on Home Screen to take you to just unclassified trips, you have to go to my trips and sort through all trips classified or not, business, personal or unclassified regardless of month to find and classify. Absolutely ridiculous and definitely two steps back. Glad I have input when my company reviews and selects whether to renew or to move to another provider.Show lessdnorris1978
Have to use this complete piece of junk.
Never consider using this app. It is a complete waste of time and energy and despite updates every few weeks never works correctly. I give up.bloody aweful

This app is absolute trash. I have to use it for for work. It’s not user friendly. It’s gps technology is so far from accurate I believe carrier pigeon may be better at tracking. Feels like a high school IT project that someone decided was a good idea to go live with.
DO NOT FORCE this on your employees, they will be kicking and screaming every minute the have to use it. 1 star is being kind.Show lessDamAddiJaq

HORRIBLE
When an app has to send an alert every day to make sure you check if it’s tracking your mileage, that says it all. I’ve had countless trips where I confirmed “trip in progress” just to find out only a portion of the trip was tracked. This has happened on trips where no pit stops have been made. If google/apple can provide guidance through areas where there is no cell signal, there is no excuse for the gaps in tracking my mileage. I’m losing reimbursement money and valuable time babysitting an app that should be reliable for road warriors.Show lessBadCarData_KK2
Terrible, awful, no good, very bad app
Problem: too many issues with not tracking when it should be tracking. Lots of added trips because of this, and adding a trip is so aggravating because you need to type addresses instead of location/company names. I can’t even type in McDonalds. Need to enter the address manually.
Too many issues with it tracking me on weekends when I have disabled tracking! Lots of deleted trips because of this.
So in short, this app doesn’t track when it should, and tracks you when it shouldn’t.Show lessBenny B was taken
