Worst of the Worst Mileage Tracking App
Switched to Cardata this month and by far the general consensus is that the app is borderline trash and worthless. Like who was the developer ? Did the do testing or just made every customer a Beta Tester by default? App freezes, hangs up, in the middle of a trip it says you’re in another continent, does recognize you’re driving, etc. Everything you can say is wrong with this app - well is wrong. All of this after wasting time and customer service having you check and recheck every setting, delete the app and reinstall it, etc. this also across multiple platforms and the obvious / let’s make sure your phone is up to date with software updates, etc. what a fiasco.Show lessEricsonn

Logs you out constantly
For any field rep the most frustrating thing about this app is setting the times and days you want to be automatically tracked just to go do your mileage report and see there are days and even weeks missing because the app randomly decided to log you out. Pretty much defeats the purpose of tracking your mileage. I didn’t have this issue with the last mileage tracker I used but this one is required for my job now. I will say the app itself is more user friendly than it used to be considering I couldn’t categorize drives easily before . But I can’t categorize drives if the app doesn’t record them.Show lessbrludi
