Unfortunately I have to use this app for my job. Just like the other reviews say, almost every day it either doesn’t track at all or misses half my trips. The updates never fix anything. Way better apps out there, avoid Cardata if you can!Isaiah 12345678

Extremely Frustrating
Have had multiple conversations with support team. Misses stops, randomly starts and stops some days. Each new release is claimed to solve problems but never seems to correct them. Do not understand why if you set operating hours you still must open the app to get it to start. Makes no sense why you bother having hours if they do not control it.Show lessAggravated to no end
Horrible mile tracker
App use to be pretty good and easy to use but ever since they updated the entire app to this new format it has been absolutely terrible. It doesn’t track half your trips and I’m having to add multiple stops every day. A lot of the stops it does track, it doesn’t start or end anywhere close to where you start and end. If my company didn’t require me to use this app I would have deleted it a long time ago. I’d be better off just writing down my trips and miles myself than using this crap of an app. Complete garbage.Show lessWAG623
There are better app out there
You can turn on the app each day and you are lucky if it record it. Spend most of the time manually inputting your miles and if there is an update it will log you out with out warningdecoy409

HARD NO.
Absolutely horrendous. The interface is terrible & difficult to navigate. My trips are constantly unrecorded, skipped or incorrectly recorded mile wise. I’ve been told I need to “continually open the app to make sure it’s recording my mileage”. What’s the point of that? Why am I using an app that doesn’t work. I actually lost my car stipend one month because of the inability of this app to do it’s job.Show lessJEM302

Inaccurate and very “buggy”
Is always missing trips. My work does not like us manually entering trips, but it is always missing trips. If you try to pause a trip, it doesn’t always work. When you go back to review past trips, they are sometimes out of order or not there at all, but then you log in on the computer, they are there.
Had to update the app, and it lost my schedule, but didn’t realize it right away so missed a bunch of trips.
Really frustrating app to have to use, but unfortunately I don’t have much choice in the matter since this is the program that my work chose.

The worst
Be careful. Alllllll of the other reviews plus lately the app has been decreasing my mileage by about 10% by literally cutting corners from my drive. If I make a turn, the app will chart from a 1/4 mile before the intersection to a quarter mile after the turn, essentially paying me for the hypotenuse of the triangle instead of the other 2 sides. Auto tracking never works right. You have to go through extra steps to delete trips. They want you classifying as personal instead so I’m sure they are collecting your data to sell.Show lessBruciegetloose
