Don’t waste your time....

Won’t calibrate with camera... seems like they need to get their act together before anyone can even comment on the game, coz so far it’s been impossible to even start !

We're sorry to hear you're having problems getting this to work on your device. We've listed compatible devices on our app descriptions. Sometimes room lighting and table or floor surfaces can make it harder for devices to calibrate for AR. We hope you get this working soon so you can enjoy the game in full Augmented Reality - just as our other users experience it!

Waste waste waste of time. I feel sorry for the developers.

Just doesn’t work or even load on any of our devices. After picking play you just sit there watching an iPhone move across the screen over a box with a red star on it. It could be loading but shouldn’t take all afternoon. Strange.

Thanks for your comment, and sorry to hear your having trouble launching the game. For AR apps to work the device needs to scan the room (indicated by the icon on the screen). Sometimes poor lighting or floor surfaces can complicate the process. If this doesn't fix the issue - please check your device is on our list of compatible devices and running iOS that is AR enabled. We do hope you get to experience this game in full - as we feel it's worthy of it's App of the Day award.

Not compatible

Never seen an app before that doesn't use the built in App store feature to only allow you to download apps onto compatible devices. This one lets you download it and start it, and then tells you it's not compatible... One star from disappointed child.

It keeps saying it’s not compatible can you fix that because it is very annoying

Thank you for your comment and bringing this to our attention. Since your comment, our latest version of the app has a 3D option to fix this annoying issue. Just re-install the app through your previous installed apps list. Just remember to watch out for the wolf!

Doesn’t work!

Although developer info says this will work with iPad 2 (3 yrs old) running iOS 12, it doesn’t! So disappointed........maybe update, please?

Hi Studdal - since your comment this fix has been completed. Just reinstall the app and you'll see a 3D option for the game play. This works on non-AR compatible devices. Just check the list of requirements on the page. Let us know how you get on!

Not compatible with older iPads

Would love to use this but our school iPads are not compatible with it. Such a shame.

Also worth checking that your iPad supports Apple's AR technology, below are the supported devices. Not compatible with latest update

My iPad has been updated to 12.0 and this app is saying not compatible with this device. Such a shame as it looks a great app for my 7 year old.

Frustrating

Updated my iPad to the very latest version and it says it’s not compatible with my device. Such a shame as both of my kids would have loved this game.
