Bit glitchy

I like being able to read the daily updates but found the app a bit glitchy. For example, staff will post pictures, but I won’t be able to see them from the parent end. I also find that sometimes when I toggle back and forth between my kids, the information doesn’t switch over. Also wish there were a way to see teachers’ replies to my messages or whether they were read.

Mom that Loves the app

Love the fact while I am busy as a working mom, I still get to see all the activities my daughter is doing at school. It makes me appreciate her school more because I can see that they are going above and beyond to provide fun and really educational activities for her. I get excited every time I receive a notification that new photos or videos have just been added.

Makes my day a little easier!

I have been using this APP for 2 yrs now and really like it. I am able to add something in and include it for all the kids & then I can add something that pertains to just one child & keep it private. It saves me from writing out individual papers. I also save on paper and ink!

I love that they are always continuing to improve. There were some adjustments that were made that I don’t like and suggested they add that feature again because it worked great for my particular program. Was a little disappointed that it never got adjusted.

However, all in all It is a really good program and recommend it, especially for family child care educators. They have too many responsibilities and this lessens the burden a little.

Love checking on my kids!

Wish more daycare used this, i think it makes it super easy to see how my kids’ days went before i get to pick them up.

Gets you what you need.

Easy to use from the parent standpoint. I like that there is an easy way to save and send pictures. Just don’t like that pictures can be added to a different section of the app where it is harder to save the pictures. All in all, easy for parents to see what is happening.

Nice app; need a few fixes

This is a cool app; but there are definitely a few things that could be updated to make it more user-friendly.
1. Implement Timer feature to capture naps
2. Allow record of naps by number, instead of types. There are only three types of naps available in the app, what if a younger baby takes more than 3 naps a day?
3. The “Message to Staff” feature currently doesn’t allow previous entry to clear out, so each time a new message is submitted, all previously entered information carries over.
4. The “Person Picking Up Child” field doesn’t have enough options in the dropdown list.
5. The charting feature is cool, but it is hard to read. It would be nice if the developers can look into a better way for captured data to be charted.

Implement Timer feature to capture naps Answer: care providers can add start time and end time to the naps. 2. Allow record of naps by number, instead of types. There are only three types of naps available in the app, what if a younger baby takes more than 3 naps a day? Answer: care providers can add and track any number of naps and can label them anything. 3. The “Message to Staff” feature currently doesn’t allow previous entry to clear out, so each time a new message is submitted, all previously entered information carries over. Answer: This is to avoid class room distractions so that care providers can focus on taking care of your child. 4. The “Person Picking Up Child” field doesn’t have enough options in the dropdown list. Answer: app has been updated to add more options. 5. The charting feature is cool, but it is hard to read. It would be nice if the developers can look into a better way for captured data to be charted. Answer: based on your feedback, our team is working on updating this feature

Would be nice if it worked

The older version of the app had very little problems. As a parent- we feel a sense of comfort seeing updates in the app- however since the new parent version came out- it doesn’t work half the time. Info won’t be updated- pictures show a grey/white filler pic- still has issues to be worked out

Lamar’s parents love this app

We really enjoy using the parent app. Memory journal is a great new feature. Sitting in work meetings I sometimes browse Lamar’s pictures. Great app.

Good app with good support

The daycare center my kid goes to uses this and when we upgraded to the new version, I could not log in. A call to the support was all it took to get us going again.
One suggestion though: when scrolling through dates in the journal - the cancel button is right and the Ok Button left. As 80% of the population is right-handed I would appreciate a swap ;)
