Watch out! Scammers and predators!
I have been constantly harassed by other players asking me to chat outside of the game, asking me to send illicit pics, asking me my other social media and phone number to talk more. I reported all and never engaged in conversation, yet they’re still allowed to play this game. I have one who tried to refrained me daily, no joke. I can’t block or report him. So I started chatting in global and had people agreeing it’s happening to them too. I go to respond and suddenly I AM THE ONE BLOCKED FOR 24 hours due to multiple reports. I run a high ranked, active team of money spenders. Hey game app devs, want me to quit playing along with my 50 teammates and keep writing reviews shouting from the social media rooftops (with my many screenshots) how you turn a blind eye to predators. I’ve been playing this game for over a year now, I used to have fun on it, I put a lot of money in it. The latest update, has not been giving me my dice for Card completion. And customer service tells me that I didn’t complete Them even after I showed them several request and completion things and no dice were received. I hate this game now, this is horrible, and I don’t suggest anybody play the update. I have put a lot of my money into playing this game. Ever since the latest update they are so many glitches, and bugs in the system that I am not receiving my rewards. My teammate sends me cards, and I’m supposed to receive rewards, I don’t get them. Now I contact customer service, and they tell me that they aren’t completed even after I sent them the pictures of the request for the cards, when I receive the cards from my teammates, and what I’m supposed to receive for them, and they still tell me that I have not completed cards. I don’t recommend playing this game anymore and the customer service is going to lie to you because they don’t want to do their job.Show lessinfinity gremlin 214

The order of the card sets was adjusted a few days ago, so please confirm which set you received belongs to. In addition, the prize collection mechanism for card set completion is that once a full set is completed, the system will automatically pop up the rewards and you will be forced to collect them before you can continue playing. If the reward does not pop up in time, it will also pop up the next time you log in to the game. Please be assured of this.Play at your own risk
I would like to give zero but it won’t allow me to. Several times bow I have built my town and several times everything I did was gone the next time I logged on. I contacted support never got a solution nor did they compensate me any of the coins I lost by buy stuff to build the town and then it just disappeared. Makes me sad because when I first started this game I was so happy with it I became addicted to it quickly but bow I am ready to erase it. Very difficult to earn enough dice to play to earn coins that are needed to build the town because it’s very expensive to build the town and it is so frustrating when you do all that work to earn coins spend them all on building and then the game just erased your progress and all the coins you spent are still gone. If you feel like wasting time and energy to earn the coins only to have the game steal them then this is the game for you.Show lessme2020007

Hi there, if your town is under construction, the most important thing you need are shields so that you can protect the buildings. So before the town is finished, please log in a few more times to get enough shields. If you don't have enough coins to finish the town, you can save up and build it when the Piggy Architect event goes online.Good game
It is a good game. Not great or fantastic but good. It needs to scale to level more. Where it used to be easier it now takes hundreds of millions of game currency to get one upgrade and it takes five to fully upgrade one portion of the city you are in and it gets more and more difficult to save enough coins to buy it. The dice are way to get at first too when things are fairly priced but I find myself getting frustrated because where it used to give me more dice I get less and less each passing day while it costs more and more to do anything. Good game. If they would make it to where it scaled fairly it would be a great game. If they would actually make it to where you get the actual cards you need to complete sets more equally scaled it would be a fantastic game. It has potential. You are getting greedy devs. Control yourselves for the sake of the players of your game or you will start to lose them.Show lessfinallyhomecraig

I love playing this game. It’s very relaxing after a hard day at work.
I would love to have the option to change out the background. I only have the choice to choose the beach and a Christmas background “skin”. I’ve been playing about 6 months I think (I’m on level 152) and have never had a different option besides the beach and Christmas backgrounds. We have choices for the characters’ skins but not the background skin. However when I’ve traveled to other player’s boards a few of them do have a different background skin. I like the beach and Christmas ones but I’m getting tired of them. I want a change of scenery, literally, please.Show lessICUR YY4me

So let me start off by saying I do really love this game but why when I buy a treasure chest and don’t claim my prizes off back I can’t get them if I claim something else as well? I think that isn’t fair due to the fact I already paid for both. That will make a person not want to buy none of the things on here. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I was paying attention today and caught it. Love this game
I love this game it helps me switch off after a stressful day and there are various different games within to keep me occupied. I’ve also made some great online friends through groups. I would like to be able to get gold cards more easily as have stopped building for ages and purchased so many chests but still been stuck for ages trying to complete card sets with one or two golds only needed

Fairly good game ruined by constant pop ups
The game in itself is quite enjoyable - but my god is it annoying.
Firstly there is the 9 notifications I’ve just had in the last hour, for the exact same thing. This is the 3rd time in 3 days it’s happened.
Next it’s trying to actually get to the game once you open the app each time. Last count there were 13 offers/rewards/bonus wheel etc. And each of them pop up when you go into the game so you have to close and close and close and close and ugh!
Then every time you spin 3/4 times - yep you guessed it, you will activate one of the 1046 rewards on offer - all asking you to pay money to get the good stuff.
If this game was more simple and toned down a bit it would be really good. But it’s just got so so many layers on the base game that you will be pulling your hair out after a day.Show lesseockeocke
Should Come With a Warning Label
I have played a long time. Boredom. Plain and simple. At first this game is amazing. Interacting with people from other countries is amazing. The game was fun. The developers have made vast improvements to the rewards and actual game play, which I can’t decide if that is a good change or bad. Having said that, we the consumer have little reason to download and play this game.
Firstly , you will have some issue at some point. Don’t bother reporting , writing a letter to Santa is more likely to help you. I know members who are harassed and nothing happens when reported.
Secondly, there will be glitches. Some you think are beneficial. Resist the urge. The latest glitch gave players lots of dice. They rolled those dice and every reward they got plus more was taken back. So don’t expect any kindness or compassion in that area.

I love this game. It’s super fun and interactive and a great way to pass time (hours lol). I love this game so much that spending money on it well worth it. I did notice a few glitches that are very frustrating and I hope you all see this and can fix the problem. One being, if you land a free roll and in that turn to win dice, those dice are NOT REWARDED TO YOU. I have had a couple times where I won a pretty good amount of dice on may last few rolls and I was essentially jipped out of my dice. That’s a real bummer but I believe this last update fixed it. HOWEVERRRR, now a huge chunk of my dice are being swiped from my total amout and that is unacceptable and makes me want to delete the game. Twice in the past 2 days I’ve had over 1300 dice, left the app for a few hours and come back to almost none. Please fix this or I will have no choice but to stop playing 🥲Show lessmastermommy2
