I have followed all the necessary steps, including entering the email address to validate the OTP, providing my full name and NRIC, and completing the required selfies. While the process returned a successful result, I have not yet received the requested ID.

1/10/2024-Dowloaded the app, tried to register online, it said Ralat, I tried many times, same error message, I am not able to register. Please fix the problem.
