Locked out of app!!! (Please Help)
I was logged in on another device which broke and I do not have access to the email I signed up with. I need to reset this or get back into the app somehow. I am in desperate need of assistance because I have to check in every Monday and have been unable to do so. Will rate the app 5 stars after getting help. I tried the email for the app and have had no response for a week.leanmeanhumanmachine

Haven’t been able to check in last 3 times. App keeps sending me through the 5 step process. After I finish and try and check in it sends me through the same process and doesn’t let me do a check in. Called my bail bonds and they said to uninstall and re-install and it still doesn’t work .bobsaggethomoe
The site requires to track you and is very nosey
The site/app requires to track you it has a lot of access to other apps like any heath moving/tracking apps like apps that track your steps and movements. Along with you photos and maps apps. It is very noisy this really is a huge invasion of people’s privacy and this shouldn’t be allowed. If a person has chosen to use this company to bail out of jail then this app shouldn’t require to track and monitor the person so privately. It’s best to turn off all tracking and limits what this app can do and you will have to go into your settings and accessibility app too as well as your location sharing privacy to disallow DTL PRO (Kwik Out Bailbonds Company) from having all the hidden tracking access they will have if you don’t turn these options off. It will require you to have your location sharing setting turned on to check in but you can choose not to share and when it tells you to turn something on during checking in (like your location and allowing to take and share your camera/photo) you will have to turn it on to be able to successfully check in but remember to immediately go back and turn these setting back off from tracking you. Each time. Otherwise even when you aren’t checking in then you are allowing Kwik Out Bailbonds Company and the site app to continually track you. This is a invasion of your on going privacy and is not allowed.anna18kitty

I like the convenience of being able to check in with a picture. The only thing is the app is very buggy and laggy. I would also love to have multiple profiles on one device. That would be awesome. I tried logging in someone else on my phone so they could check in but it stopped working completely. I had to delete app and redownload.#1Beyoncefan
