  • What I’ve been looking for!

I’ve just found this app but so far I am so happy to be able to track my vitamins and minerals! A few things need making simpler when you’re adding your own foods but overall so happy
  • Love it

This app has such a nice layout, I love that it’s not crowded and provides clear and informative information on your intake.
  • Great app, and I would pay, BUT...

...the ipad version can't be viewed in landscape. I can use it on the iphone only and it's sometimes out of reach.
  • Excellent & thorough!

Even though I uncovered a small issue on my device, which I reported to developer, I’m still giving 5 stars as I’m blown away by this app. Super clean interface, I.e. no junk graphics, and *extremely* comprehensive. I didn’t expect a biometrics tracking feature, which, as someone who has to track blood pressure daily, is a huge bonus. The free version is comprehensive enough but I decided to upgrade because good apps need to be supported.

  • Best Nutrition App!

This app has been so helpful for me. I have a condition called gastroparesis (partial paralysis of the stomach), and my nutritionist and GI both have me on a very specific diet to manage the symptoms.
I love this app especially because it helps me keep track of the specific nutrients - while also not focusing on weight loss/weight gain.

I also like that it doesn’t rate food as “good” or “bad,” but instead focuses on the numbers. Some of the foods I’m supposed to eat are sometimes considered “bad foods” in other apps (like white bread instead of whole grain), while some foods I have to avoid are sometimes considered good (like broccoli or beans). It makes it feel more guilt-free, and I don’t feel anxious logging my food.

I’ve tried several apps to keep up with my doctors’ recommendations, and this one is absolutely the best.

  • Adding own recipes limited. Personal recipes not in ingredient list.

I added my own recipe for homemade cashew milk/cream. Then I tried to add my own recipe for another daily drink for which I use this recipe/ingredient. I’m a fairly healthy eater with food intolerances so often I have to make many of my own ingredients. I wanted this app to take my nutrition health to the next level. I’m not just trying to lose a few more pounds. I’m trying to maximize my nutrition.

  • Greatest nutrition app out there!

If you are looking for a simplified nutrition app that tracks your food intake and provides a clear analysis of both macronutrients AND essential micronutrients, this is it!! I researched a lot of apps before settling on this one. It’s better than the top rated nutrition apps! Also, the free version is more than sufficient. I’m sure I’ll sign up for the premium version once I master all the information I have at my fingertips right now. Lastly, the tech help is impressive. I had a few questions when I initially signed up and the”help” response was prompt and solved my issues. Great experience!

  • Finally, a way to track micronutrients!

I hadn’t found anything as comprehensive as this on the market, so I was manually calculating via spreadsheets. Thank you so much for creating this! Tip for newcomers - you can track other micronutrients in the app as well, they just don’t show up on the Home Screen as default.
  • The best nutrition and food tracker!

I need to keep careful track of my nutrition as I am a lactating mother. I don’t want to rely on a multivitamin, and instead prefer to eat whole foods. I like that this app tracks macros, as well as a huge variety of vitamins and minerals. You can input your own goals if you wish. It takes a lot the guesswork out of making food choices, and I can relax knowing I don’t need to stress my body out with a toxic multivitamin.

  • Chemo therapy

Just what I need to keep me on track during and after chemo can easily keep up with adjustments following blood Wish folate and magnesium were added to the nutrients was added to though, because sometimes certain illnesses and / or meds cause a need for monitoring
