  • Scan the nutrient label

Scan the nutrient label is the great feature. I use the free version and want to buy the full version once I'm able to use it. Currently has too many bugs. Today it will not record foods except in yesterday's date. Every week there's something new going wrong. But I'll keep using for a while longer.

  • Good to know

Been on a diet but didn’t know the nutritional stat’s. This app helps with that.
  • Fantastic app

This app is incredibly helpful for tracking daily nutrient intake. It helps me make meaningful changes to my diet to make sure I’m eating right. I have the premium version and love it!
  • This does NOT scan nutrition labels

I am very disappointed in the promise to scan nutrition labels when it does not do so.
  • Helpful

I like the way it works.
  • Useful app

The overall user interface takes some getting used to, but the end result is informative, and the databases contain more information than I have found in some of the other more well known apps. So far I’ve only spotted one error in the data when compared with other databases. I have used this app every day since I installed it, and I deleted one of the other more popular apps that I had been using until then. I guess that speaks for itself. I haven’t decided yet if the premium futures would be worth the added cost. I wish there were an in-between option that allowed some compensation in appreciation for the app developers without necessarily plunking down the big bucks in perpetuity for features that might not be totally necessary. Anyway, for now, my thanks to the developers for making this and offering it.

  • Enjoying the ap

Love how detailed the micronutrient tracking is in this ap. Best I’ve found!
  • The Free Version Tracks Micronutrients! Yay!

I'm just getting started but overall I'm very happy so far. The interface isnt too busy and my pointer finger doesn't have to jump around quite as much while logging as in some of the apps I tried. The developer himself replied to my early feedback by pointing out that the free version does in fact offer the calcium tracking I want....as well as many other micronutrients....I simply had failed to swipe the main display to show the others. So great that a developer listens instead of replying with an autopilot non-answer. I'm still figuring the most efficient way to add entries for a meal. I was surprised it seems we need to double-tap a food name to select it; I'm used to a single tap in my old app (that doesn't offer calcium tracking) but maybe I'm mistaken or maybe my old app required some step that was equivalent to a second tap anyway. Wow....I just now discovered that if we want to create a custom food (for cases our food isn't listed), we have the option of sharing our entry with the Eaterpad community. My old app only added the custom food locally, on our own phone. Sharing is better! This one is a keeper!

  • So Far So Good!

The top thing I like: this apps privacy policy. It doesn’t seem like they take advantage of your data like many other nutrition apps are blatantly doing.

The actual app? It’s really easy to use. I love that I can scan nutrition labels and add custom foods so easily! I’ve only used it one day, but no ads and the free version is good for me.
