  • Used to work with Alexa

    The app worked fine for quite awhile, and still does on a stand alone basis. But the link with Alexa is neutered now, the camera video will not show up on Alexa devices anymore.
  • Full screen mode not working

    The full screen mode is suddenly not working. You turn it on and it stays in the same layout within the app and only gives access to half of the picture (it doesn’t open and automatically rotate into the full screen anymore). PLEASE FIX, since there is no there app we can use for this camera.
  • No notifications anymore

    The motion detector no longer notifies me. And I can no longer search for recordings I have made. This app is BROKEN!
  • Akaso B60 100% Not recommend

    It’s totally worse WiFi cameras I’ve waisted my money, I’ve contacted Akaso they agreed that it’s faulty and they wish to replace it, but they don’t have it in stock and it’s unknown when it will be available again. How stupid for a company don’t know there own systems and instead offering me £8 refund. What joke.

  • Abandoned product

    Manufacturer no longer in the security camera business. App abandoned and no longer provides motion detection, etc. Glad I only purchased two cameras.
  • Just expect frustration

    It’s hard to get this thing to work right consistently. Sure it records to the sd card but when you try to skip forward, it may just keep pushing you back to the first recorded segment every time and you may never get to see what your looking for. Don’t be foolish, buy the wyze cam ptz and it’ll work as intended.

  • Buggy

    Akaso Smart used to be pretty good, but key features have been broken for awhile… foremost push notifications whenever movement (or sound) is detected… kind of important for a security camera. It works on Android devices, but not on any of my iOS devices anymore. When it did work, before about a year or so ago, it was spotty, working great for awhile and then not at all for awhile. I think Support must have since given up on it. Maybe they could add email notifications as an alternative… but that’s assuming this app is still being supported… which I am beginning to doubt.

    Full screen views are now cropped like it’s on a phone in the normal camera view… however, you can still get them in the other mode where you can see all the camera screens at once… you switch to a single camera view and then press the button that rotates the view to landscape mode. Unfortunately, there is no view rotation button back on the normal view.

    If the notifications were working, I would have rated this 4 stars at least… but without it, I can only give it 2.

  • Notifications

    Thought this was supposed to be an awesome app! But it’s not it doesn’t notify me when there is movement. It tells me once I’m on the app and physically look at it but doesn’t notify my phone that there was movement. I’m super disappointed.
  • iOS 15 Screen Fill

    Something has happened with the latest iOS update or the latest app update, but now I can’t get the image from my camera to fill the screen on my iPad. Everything was working fine before this week. The same is true for my Tuya Smart cameras. This is an irritating inconvenience, to say the least. It’s as though it’s only meant to work on iPhone and there’s a problem with it on iPad. Otherwise, love the camera and the app. Please fix.

  • Rubbish app!

    The app was working fine until a few months ago, when I stopped getting the motion and audio sensor notifications through. This means the cameras are now useless! I contacted the developed and I didn’t get any reply. Very unhappy!
