Akaso camera
Akaso camera was working fine for 10-15 days and then cursor stoped moving up and down .
I tried with Amazon but no return policy and nothing can be done. Basically not value for money and I wont suggest anyone to buy it.Vasko MNE

New update removed my ability to watch cloud recordings which is how I check my camera recordings. Please fix this!RKinTX

Cheap you get what you pay for. When I go to view motion it doesn’t work like my lemnoi camera does. You have to play from midnight and search. Doesn’t Work
After about 25 attempts to set up camera on WiFI, I give up. Cameras are being returned.Steveislost
App crashes all the time!! Not worth the money
If you plan on using this app on a regular basis, do not buy an Akaso product. The app keeps crashing on a regular basis. Can’t use my indoor camera as every time I open the app it crashes. Useless.Jonathan_23
Security camera
Great camera for price just wish you could lock out zones on the picture for the motion detection. Part of my camera picks up the road and notifies me for every car, even on the low setting.Mi3allt
Good - app could use some extra functionally
Considering the cost of the equipment, the app provides decent basic functionality including working with Alexa to view live video on TVs.
There have been some occasional hiccups such as with recent bug apparently related daylight savings. A recent firmware appears to have fix those bugs for the most part. Scrolling through video playback results in jumping around to different time than selected, but only for previous recordings prior to daylight savings.
Scrolling through the playback is tedious and challenging at times. It would be nice to not only pick the day, but the time for playback. It would be terrific if several hours (a selectable time period... maybe in 2-4 hour increments) could be downloaded which would allow for easier navigation and editing via the native iOS Photos App functionality (i.e. slow and fast scrubbing, cropping video, etc.).Show lessisignedup

Just bought a camera and downloaded the app and it’s crashing won’t load I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it same thing IPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 13.2 maybe they will fix soonGhostBmw
App Crashes Often!
The app message centre keeps crashing right after installing storage card in the camera. Therefore cannot get notification from motion detection and can not retrieve video from the message centre.Der12345
