    Worst program used as a service technician. You have to sync
    (refresh ) every time you input something. It is slow & out dated. There are other programs out there that are further advanced in technology to run a business

    Hi there, sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our app. For the app to work efficiently, it is important that it is properly configured by your company, so that a reasonable amount of data gets synced to the app. We do not recommend more than 400MB of data per technician for performance/sync-time reasons.
