Please Fix Bugs!
App seems really useful, and I’d love to be able to use it. Unfortunately I have run across a number of issues which prevent me from being able to use this app:
1. Unable to create an account: I tried to create an account multiple times, but received an error message.
2. Audio files lost: the previous audio I have recorded has been lost by the app, so when I go to “Play (My Goal)” there are no files to play.
3. Unable to finish and move past Part 2: I have got to part two of goal setting, however whenever I go to record an answer to “I have decided I will… because…” I am unable to save the recording. As such I am unable to get past this stage on the app which is frustrating as I’d like to be able to use it.
4. Problems with app support: when I tried to contact app support about these bugs I was instead taken to a Security Verification page on the Queensland University of Technology.
I understand that this app was built with a grant from QUT, so I can understand that it is simple. I would love to continue using Fitz if these bugs can be fixed, as it seems like a helpful research-based tool that I’m grateful is provided for free 🙏

Disappointing
This app got me so excited. I’ve read research about the success of this training. The app was motivating me like never before and after beginning to help plot goals it suddenly stops. Instead of helping it contributes to a negative thought state. Not cool.
Needs work
Awesome concept and I was really excited about using this app, but it keeps logging me out and losing my data. I’ve been through the goal setting stage twice and each time lost everything ☹️
Help!
I’ve downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded. I open the app and it just goes to the title page and never changes!
Not functional
Has the potential to be a great app but simply stops working after a few inputs.

Hi Thanks for trying Fitz. We are almost ready with the new version of the app which addresses most issues and has additional features.
High hopes but very buggy currently
I’ve heard the program this app is based on is very successful, however I found the app itself to be very buggy. Got through the first part okay, but now it says to continue but the button doesn’t work. It also won’t let me add additional goals and it doesn’t register the one I already entered. Looking forward to updates on this app soon.
