Be aware of those 5 stars reviews all posted on a Thursday and they are all fake. The seller probably paid these people to post fake reviews. And the products doesn’t work if the Q R codes are all unreadable. And it wouldn’t connect to sound wave or WiFi. Money wasted.Kimmytsmiles
No online support
As explained in other reviews, when it works, it’s a decent product, but then it just stops working and there isn’t any known technical support available to troubleshoot the different issues. Currently it seems the camera is consistently rebooting and there’s no way to get it back up and running. If it’s a bug, please fix it as soon as possible. Needs a lot of fine tuning
Use it on security cameras, will not keep you logged in, logs you out every 24 hrs, so therefore motion detection notifications stop till you log back in. Have both SD card and cloud storage. Haven’t found a way to auto upload to cloud storage with SD card installed, will upload without SD card so don’t see need for both.Show lessresetting lost password

Not too bad honestly
I honestly like what this app offers. Yes the camera does go offline after making certain adjustments but it always comes back on. The problem I’m having is the videos I’ve recorded on my phone will not send via text. Guessing it’s a permissions problem? Since there is not visible support online I’m asking for help/update via review. Thanks AgainShow lessGlimmer Channel
App Useless for Local Storage Automated Events
-No automated local storage to SD card when there are triggered events. Must use their paid cloud service. Simple fix to allow recordings to SD card instead of cloud automatically but they won’t fix. Extortion in my opinion.
-Two way speaker gets horrible feedback when using. No controls for microphone or speaker.
-Pan and Tilt has incremental movement control. No presets to move camera to specific locations quickly.Show lessMalsSnackShack
Family Share not working
Please fix family/friends sharing feature. You app support is not working so I’m writing it here hoping you will see this. It is not sending the message to my family to confirm share feature.
