So, this is the app one needs to work Boavision S10 camera- perhaps camera is good (I have no clue as I could not reliably interface to it vis this garbageApp) but app is HORRIBLE. Basically wants to extort you into a $25yr cloud service... why would I want cloud when I should be able to stick 64gb card into it and get all my footage from it via a wifi?!? Constant freezes and needing to restart an app. Two iphones tried XSMax and 11 - same disappointing result/experience.
I guess I will spend $$ on reliable Lorex with support in USAShow lessKAIFS*
Wifi isn’t connecting since update
I can be in the same room as my WiFi and the camera isn’t connecting. Even after restarting the modem, removing and re-adding the device, same issue. It was just working fine 3 days ago. Fix the issueChicago Chim
App is not ready for users
So many problems with this app. I’ll try to list them here. I use it with their solar wifi camera.
1. Even though the camera has a good SD card, video from motion detection does not save.
2. When you open the camera to live view, even though cloud storage is OFF and memory card is ON, the app tells you that there is no video on cloud. Does not show you what’s on SD card. The app is trying to force you to pay them to use cloud storage.
3. The camera supports two way audio, but if you send voice to the camera speaker, the cam microphone remains ON. So the speaker audio is picked up by the microphone creating a horrible feedback loop. Loud screeching and massive distortion. Two way audio is unusable.
4. There is no speaker volume control for the camera. It is permanently set to maximum loudness, so the sound output is extremely distorted and barely intelligible.
5. The app will not allow uploading pics or video to your mobile device. You can’t even copy photos or video files in the app. If you need a file, say to give a copy to the cops, get a screwdriver, go to the camera and physically remove the SD card. What if the camera is not accessible, maybe in another state? As a security device it’s useless.
6. You can’t turn off the IR illumination. If your camera is located where there is other lighting, such as a porch light or streetlight, the camera forces you to use night mode, which is poor at best.Show lessWalt131
Stopped working locked me out
It gave me a message saying it was Bound and after that wouldn’t let me open the camera or do anything other then telling me to re enter all my information in a different account which did nothing, so it worked great for a couple of months then locked up and won’t do anything
Now i can’t get any help through their website which is all in Chinese

Still few problems with software. Cannot switch from off line to online. Program will work two to three days on line, then go off line. Cannot get it to go back online. Keeps wanting to go to the cloud, which have to pay a fee. Do not want to use the cloud, should be able to opt out of using the cloud. Logged out of the program, it is night, program off line- the light comes on for about a minute, then goes out. Open the door, get no alert/alarm on iPhone. Trying to get 2nd camera to work, cannot get camera and iPhone to connect, camera pairing, information received- will not connect. Removed & reloaded program, purchased new memory card, reomoved back door camera, loaded program on i8. Now both camera won’t connect to solar energy alert PTZ camera. Reset camera, blue light flashing, WiFi entered, ready for pairing, information received, no wi go, wi go reentered, no device found. Still need to work on this program. Noted that could switch between cloud & card now when back door camera was working. Next day, the lights come on when camera says ready for pairing. Program being modified as trying to get camera to work. Returned the three cameras to the seller.Show lessWhiplash144

I am so tired of you app people gouging people for money to use the app properly. Why cant i view the video after i receive info someone is at my door? This is rediculous as i dont want to download all of my videos! Gox this issue or i will return the doorbell.advocateessentialoils
