Update: I finally got paid after about 9 days of waiting and everything else since then has been fine. I’m leaving the 1 star though because of the developer response. Nowhere in my review did I say it “wasn’t good.” And I’m not sure what’s confusing about my post. Also, take a look at their response to every single person that gives them a low rating. They can’t seem to take any amount of criticism and essentially call people liars for legitimate issues.

App pretty cool but pointless!
When it cones to claiming mcdonLds or free gas you have to post a video of yourself at the place and post on your social media to redeem. Lots of people dont wanna do that

I think I can understand wanting a brief recording of where you’re at. But I wish they would just have you upload the video onto their own platform instead of posting it on other social media and tagging friends in it. I don’t even share much of anything personal on social media anymore for various reasons and I’m especially against the idea of violating other people’s privacy just to get extra cash.
One suggestion I would make is to add an option for the quick cash out instead of making it really a cashback app like Ibotta. They’re not upfront with this, either, which is yet another thing that bothers me.

Hi Lacrev40, I think tagging friends is pretty standard especially for the amount of rewards we give out... As of Today, OnMyWay has saved 200 Lives... We wish you the best of luck in the future.
