Just Excellent / Well Conceived ⭐️
I wish I had found this app a long time ago because it really gets it right; spotlighting and keeping on top of every investigation, tropical depression, tropical storm and hurricane, with useful details, regular notifications and of course, forecasts. Moreover, it follows each storm’s progression from beginning to end. I should also add that including all the potential (and used) names for storms for the current (and past) season is a brilliant touch that only makes this app even better. Very, very nice!
Having said all this ↑ (albeit a year ago), I do have a bug to report (grey asterisk) plus the same request as last year (green asterisk) which has not been addressed. Both concern the app notifications.
*️⃣ Something seems to have glitched in the past few days, because now, when you long-press a notification, it does not expand to display additional information, or the map of the storm in question (without having to actually launch the app). This is a really great feature that I truly appreciate, but only when it works. 😏
✳️ A Year Later, I Still Have The Same Request: It would be great if you could finally fix the notifications so that they don’t get erased once the app is launched. I find scrolling through them and comparing the earlier reports of what was going on previously to be very useful! Once again, thanks. 🙏Show lessSabor Místico

I get a bit frustrated setting the filter and each time I go to it the filter is cleared from my settings. Not sure if that is in the premium but I live on a east coast island and resetting the filter every time I look, is a bit frustrating to reset it each time.Cicibp

Very nice app! It has beautiful, uncluttered graphics.
I hope that in a future update that it will contain spaghetti models for active storms. Then it will be a 5++ app.SnowGoose-1

The 'spaghetti' models for active storms and invests are already in the app. Just click on the storm banner to see the additional storm details, and then click on 'Track Models' (the formal name) to see all of the model track paths. We are always working hard to provide the most accurate and real-time storm information.Great but I need more
The app doesn’t come with that many models. I wish there were more models, such as spaghetti, models, track guidance and intensity, models, European model, GFS model, and stuff like that either way great app for someone who wants to track the hurricanes coming towards Florida or anywhereBrayden weather man

If you are aware of any other public data sources/models that I can pull into the app, please reach out in the feedback section and I can look at adding them. I looked into the European model a while back but there was a hefty license fee that this free app can’t afford. My costs vs Ad income is about a wash and my goal is to just break even to allow people to use this app for free.Outlook 🫣
This app is very helpful on letting me know when we have storms that are starting. When the storm is due either hit us or come close it’s nice that we can see where we stand. If I have to leave, I can still keep an eye out.

Thank you for the Hurricane app. It lets me see what I have coming towards me or not being well informed is a blessing that we have from all the technology. I can’t imagine the folks years ago that didn’t know it was coming.Excellent App
A must have app! Packed with information and images that are accurate. Particularly helpful is that you open the app and everything you need to know is right there without having scroll through other weather features and info or pages.
I just downloaded this app as we were in the path of Hurricane Beryl. Updates were frequent. Yes I got alerts from local tv and iPhone but when I opened those I had to rummage to find the info I was looking for.
