يُعد تطبيق شركة الزامل لخدمات التكييف والتبريد الأول من نوعه في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يمكن لمستخدمي منتجات مكيفات الزامل طلب وتحديد مواعيد خدمة أجهزة ووحدات التكييف الخاصة بهم في الوقت المناسب لهم بكل سهولة ويسر. لقد أصبح طلب خدمات صيانة أجهزة التكييف من مكيفات الزامل عملية سهلة وبسيطة من خطوتين، وتستغرق أقل من دقيقة:
1. اختر الخدمة المطلوبة: تركيب جديد، صيانة عامة، إصلاح، أو خدمات الضمان.
2. حدد الوقت المناسب لك: بالنسبة لموقعك المُسجل في التطبيق، اختر الفترة الزمنية المطلوبة لزيارة الفنيين من الأوقات الزمنية المتاحة.
بمجرد تأكيد الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تلقائية إليك لإبلاغك بزيارة الفنيين. يُمكنك تتبّع حركة تنقل فنيي الشركة ومواقعهم ووقت وصولهم إلى موقعك. كما يمكنك دفع تكلفة الخدمات المختلفة بواسطة بطاقة الائتمان بكل سهولة وأمان.

Zamil AC App is the first app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which helps users of Zamil AC products to request and schedule services for their AC units at their convenience. Our unmatched service is now just a click away. It is now a simple two-step process to request AC Services which takes less than a minute:
1. Choose a service: New Installation, General Maintenance, Repair or Warranty Service
2. Choose a time slot: For a registered location choose the time slot for the technicians’ visit from the available time slots
Once you confirm the request, an automatic message will be sent to you informing the technicians’ visit. Track your technician to know his exact location and time of arrival. Pay for services through a credit card and make transactions hassle free.
