    حملت التطبيق في موسم الحج، و للاسف الشديد كان محصور للحملات فقط ( بعد ما دفعت ٧٠ ريال ) ما قدرت اني اركبه و كان معلق و الى الان اطالبهم بالمبلغ وما اعطوني، 👎

    خدمة السكوتر المتوفرة بجامعة البترول جدًا سيئة. استخدمت السكوتر اكثر من ١٥٠ مرة من فترة نوفمبر ٢٠٢٢ الى يوليو ٢٠٢٣ و تقريبًا بين كل ٥ رحلات تجي رحلة سيئة تتضمن وحدة من هذي المشاكل: - ارجع الخوذة يقول الخوذة ما رجعت فيسحب فلوس اكثر ويضيع وقت - ابدأ رحلة وما تنفتح الخوذة، احاول اسكر الرحلة يقول رجع الخوذة وهي ما انفتحت أصلًا - جودة الخوذة جدًا سيئة فيصعب اني ارجعها في مكانها وتأخذ وقت طويل حتى تركب - سرعة خدمة العملاء عبر رسائل التطبيق تراجع في الفترة الاخيرة الى درجة ان رسائلي تراكمت لاسابيع اجبرتني اكتب المشاكل هنا واعطيكم تقييم سيئ وغيرها من المشاكل اللي ارفض اقولها تعجبًا من عدم مراقبتكم لجودة الخدمة انا طالب جامعي استخدم السكوتر لتوفير الوقت، المشاكل هذي تضيع وقت وفلوس وطاقة تجبرني ما ارجع استخدم التطبيق
