The people saying it only has 24 hour time and Celsius/metric readouts aren’t paying attention. You’re gonna have to spend a few mins in the app to configure everything and yes, not everything is user friendly, but this seems to be a great heart rate monitor as well as receiving notifications on it.
Worked fine for a month. Now shows it is connected to phone, but is not!! Have asked if there is any way to do factory reset and been given no help!!

I would Give this product a five star rating if The application monitors strength training heart rate or adds strength training/ weight lifting as an activity. it’s a great product it’s just a simple fix in the application so I’m going to rate it a 2 star.
More watch faces would be nice like Monitor your heart rate. Look at the time.
When I first got it my music played and my text came through but then i clear the messages and then it won’t let me get messages anymore and it also won’t let me play my music I restarted it I did every thing in the world I hate it and I’ll never buy it again

Hi,It is likely that your device has not been connected to the App properly. If you have connected your device with your phone bluetooth setting directly, please disconnect it from your phone bluetooth setting, then you can connect it with the App directly again. If you still cannot find your device ID in the device searching page (tap the top right corner on the App home page), please double check if your device has been connected to other phones (check the connection status at the top left corner of the display on the device). If the connection status is “broken”which means not connected and still cannot be found in the searching page, try to restart both your phone and the device and then try again.

Not sure if anyone else have this issue. But if watch is connected to iPhone 11 latest version. The keyboard will not work in any applications. Once disconnect the device the keyboard is fine. I have deleted and downloaded and repairs the application multiple time, but the issue still exist.

Hi, pls try to download this app"CT UPGRADE" on you app store and update the firmware:)This is awesome, the only thing missing is the ability to add a different face to the watch, good job on the application, doesn’t seem to have any impact on the phones battery life. Again the only thing missing is the ability to change the face on the watch.
I have done everything to get the notifications to work. The developer gave me steps to follow but those options aren't even on the app. It's disappointing because i really like the watch.
So far the app is great. Would like to see an option for yoga to be added to keep track of calories, heart rate, and rest state during yoga practice. All other features are great. Feel like all fitness trackers are inclusive of main sports such as tennis, soccer, basketball etc. Adding yoga option, as there is a breathing/meditation option already on here, would make this watch/app even more attractive. Thank you
Weather on watch still reads in celcius although I've changed the settings.
